HELP & DETAILS

Using this tool

Requirements can vary by application.
Steps
  1. Open the batch photo or batch signature tool and add the images you want to prepare.
  2. Choose shared dimensions, format, and size settings for the batch.
  3. Review each image and override settings for files with different requirements.
  4. Export the results individually or download the batch as a ZIP, then verify every file.
When batch resizing helps

Batch processing is useful when several images need the same basic dimensions or format. Photos and signatures may have different rules, so use the matching batch workspace and check per-file overrides before exporting.

Review every result

The same crop or threshold settings may not suit every source image. Inspect individual previews, confirm the output dimensions and file sizes, and make sure each image still looks clear. File-size targets are best-effort for JPEG and WebP; PNG size cannot be adjusted by quality.

Local processing
  • Images are processed in your browser.
  • The ZIP is created on your device.
  • No account or upload is required.
Common questions
Can each image use different dimensions?

Yes. Set shared defaults for the batch, then adjust individual images when their requirements differ.

Does the tool upload my batch?

No. The images and generated ZIP are handled in your browser.

Can I download only one result?

Yes. The batch workspace supports individual downloads as well as a ZIP download.

Application rules differ and can change. Confirm dimensions, formats, and size limits in the latest official instructions. ReadyLens does not guarantee acceptance by an external portal.
